today again live chat very long waiting times.....they say that all the agents are busy with other users....I don't understand...since the new chat has there been an increase in users???...before why weren't there such long waiting times???

I just waited an hour!!!!!! just to get a bot! So IMVU basically scammed creators into buying diamond VIP!!!!!

same thing today......but couldn't they first learn to use the new support and then make us pay for the new VIP?.....I'm paying for a service that I don't have....I pay for the VIP diamond and I should make a ticket?????this thing is crazy

Esta atualização acabou com o chat ao vivo. Eu pago o VIP DIAMOND e estou esperando no chat há mais de duas horas e ninguém atende. IMVU pare de pegar nosso dinheiro e entregar um serviço ruim, volte ao que era antes com o chat ágil e realmente funcional.

They need to fix this ASAP! I'm also paying for Diamond and waited over an hour & still no response, and now they are freakin closed for the day!

I had the same issue earlier, I got tired of waiting so I contacted them through via phone call and got my situation resolved. It took some time because they do things differently on call than they do on live chat. But it would be best to call them until live chat is running properly again. Hope this helps!

I’m having the same issue, there’s a pending charge on PayPal from them and I need them to cancel it through there system so I can work out what I need with them
