i was considering transferring from platinum vip to emerald since i personally think its a good deal for the 30k credits a month + vip, but it sucks that platinum doesn't have the same live support chat as it used to; especially if you're a creator it really sucks =| that was the whole point in getting platinum...

they've dropped all creators sales imvu is horrible now for creators, even my friends on the front pages said they never earned so little before, these are creators with over 100 pages of products and with multiple products on the front pages

Unfortunately once again, you are ruining something that is useful for users. You've built a new support center that serves no one. Not all of you speak English and translation is no longer supported by the new framework. Stop making the game worse. You make our life difficult. Better to do nothing than to do everything badly.

Really! I recognize the game should always look for improvements, but unfortunately this only happens in things that work... I hope they are quick to respond to tickets
