IMVU i am honestly so tired of you guys updating/changing things that were perfectly fine the way they were! STOP changing things to try and feel more modern, everything was fine the way it was before! now everyone (including your live support team) is confused on how this is supposed to work. we can't even get speedy responses anymore. this is continuing your downfall that has already started.

I agree with Wag, these changes are rediculous. This format seems to be going backwards in time . Not forward. I can't find anything and this format of this forum is NOT user friendly. Stop changing what's not broken and fix what is broken.

yeah, i was starting to question why the virtual assistant said its "currently replying in under 2 minutes" but hasn't responded to me in 28 minutes...
