My girlfriend gifted me the AP+AV bundle and I was on my mobile. I used the browser to verify my Age with an Indian Driver's License and everything was alright till the last step of "Finalizing the decision" and it failed out of nowhere. The ID is valid and the selfie was clear and good as they said. IMVU is not letting me try to verify again and also not helping me with the ticket I submitted regarding this. Please advise on how to proceed. Thank you

Has your issue been resolved? I am having similar issues I am using my aadhar card.
