I had an open case concerning a problem with the Classic Client. I had emails from the support team still in my Yahoo email that I was keeping up with and even had the case file bookmarked so I could find it easier. I go to check it to day to see if it'd been updated but the bookmarked link no longer takes me to the case file and all the emails from the support team are missing from my inbox. They're not in the trash, archived, saved...nothing. They're just gone. I'm still having issues with the client and now I have no idea where my case file went. Does anyone know how I can find it again?

Hello, when you first log in . You can go to this on top right side .
