With the way things are I get the economy is struggling and I get you guys are used to dealing with trolls on a day to day basis. I was on the phone with one of your female service agents. I was asked about an old closed card on file that has no relevance to what I sent a support ticket for. I was them bombarded with screaming and yelling by this agent as I stated this. Please future wise do better on hiring more agents with professionalism. It could’ve been a bad day but I had no intention on irritating this lady nor was I welcomed with a how are you or courtesy. Let’s be better in the future as adults.
