Worst customer service

With the way things are I get the economy is struggling and I get you guys are used to dealing with trolls on a day to day basis. I was on the phone with one of your female service agents. I was asked about an old closed card on file that has no relevance to what I sent a support ticket for. I was them bombarded with screaming and yelling by this agent as I stated this. Please future wise do better on hiring more agents with professionalism. It could’ve been a bad day but I had no intention on irritating this lady nor was I welcomed with a how are you or courtesy. Let’s be better in the future as adults.

I’ve been dealing with IMVU customer service for almost two weeks now (soon to be a month), and the situation is getting more frustrating by the day. They are trying to hold me responsible for a dispute made by another person who used my card and then disputed a charge. I’ve explained multiple times that I am not the person who disputed the charge, and I’ve provided proof, including showing my ID and confirming that I’m the owner of my payment method. Despite this, the agents are still not addressing my concerns properly. They keep repeating the same responses without answering my questions, and I feel like I’m getting no real support. It honestly feels like I’m talking to a bot instead of a human. This situation is extremely unfair, and I just want this resolved. I’m being unfairly blamed for someone else’s actions, and I feel like IMVU isn’t properly looking into the issue. imvu needs to fix there customer support like its literally like not talking to a human i get no answers to my question i can give anybody my discord who reads this and i will show the messages i talk more like a actual customer support agent , than the actual agent which is literally not funny like i mean it you can see the messages i will look more like a agent than the actual agent lol..hey imvu hire me ill do a better job :)

They doing the same to me. They got my account locked due to inactivity and I can't even get it unlock cause they asking for really old billing information that I don't even have. I'm so angry.
