I recently logged into IMVU after several months, and within 5 minutes of logging in, someone suddenly followed me. Additionally, I started receiving comments on a post I made last year. I'm wondering if these comments are just spam or ads. When I checked the user profiles, it seemed like they were from sellers. The comments don't seem related to the post at all.
Are these just advertisements that I can ignore, or could this be some sort of hacking attempt? If people are suddenly commenting on my old posts, should I just ignore or delete the comments?
They seemed like seller accounts, and they left comments like this.

Is this a common advertising comment? I'm wondering if it's okay.I’m wondering if there is any problem with my account. Thank you for reading my post.

Thank you so much. They seemed to have many followers, and their avatar was fancy. Their account name included something like "SELLING 30K FOLLOWERS." They appeared to be legitimate accounts, but are they bots?

Yes correct they're bots and it is recommended to report/block them , IMVU is also aware about this whole bots & scams as well.

They're bots. The ones to watch out for are the ones who want contact information. The lure is free money, free credits etc
