Account on Hold!

I've been away for a very long time. The initial reason for leaving is because perhaps 10-15yrs ago I had an account that continued to be hacked. No matter what I did, the person doing it still found away to hack it again. I reported this numerous times, I changed my password as well as my email address. But still nothing got fixed. Back then I had numerous accounts. This one in question never had an AP on it. but my very first account: KaiariAnariat is apparently gone...it had an AP on it. I can't log into it or find the account through any other means. This account: TkaDragonrider is my creator account. It too has the AP... but when I log into it, I get a message saying the account is on hold. I immediately sent a ticket in. I also had my Morimelar account, another AP, it too is on Hold. Another account on hold is my DragomiraValistar...another AP holder. And then my Myskesol, another AP account is nowhere to be found. It's missing. I can't log into it or anything, the same as my SpiritwindPanther account (the account that had been hacked so many times) and the KaiariAnariat account...I get no message nothing. Nothing happens when I click the login button...it doesn't even say I have the wrong username, email address or password. So, when I click on the link for forgetting those; I put in the email associated with those accounts and get a tiny message saying it's an unknown email address, which is wrong. I still have emails...receipts for purchasing my credits and AP on the missing accounts, proving I have the correct email etc...

I find it ironic how when I come to these forums and find others who have their accounts on hold too...some waited 3 weeks...some longer etc...but when you send in that ticket you get a message that your ticket was received, and we'd hear back from them within 24-48hrs. Yet people have waited way longer than that. I had to make a brand new account, paid money for the AP as well as the Age Verification Token. I wasn't happy about that...and I can't even turn that account into a creator if I wanted too, unless I spend more money. I shouldn't of have to create a new account and spend the money to do so. I should have been able to just log into one of my old accounts and upgraded her if I wanted an upgrade. I can understand having to wait 24hrs or even 48hrs... but if I have to wait longer, I will NOT be happy!

First file (Screenshot (6)) is a screenshot of one of the missing Myskesol AP account, which I have emails of receipts proving I had this account. And it tells me it's an unknown email. I get this same 'unknown email' message when trying to get into my KaiariAnariat AP account as well as my SpiritwindPanther (non-AP) account.

The second file is what I get each time I try logging into my Tkadragonrider AP account, Morimelar AP account and my DragomiraValistar AP account. The third file is what I get once I've actually logged into the website on my either TkaDragonrider AP account, Morimelar AP account, and DragomiraValistar account.

I searched for a phone number for support and found none. Did IMVU fall so significantly that none of people's issues are even addressed?

  1. Lack of Accountability:

    • By pushing you to forums, IMVU avoids directly addressing issues through official channels. This makes it harder to hold them accountable for poor service or unfair practices.
  2. Control Over Discussions:

    • The use of moderators to remove posts or “report” users discourages open and honest conversations. Creators might fear speaking up, knowing they could be censored or penalized.
  3. Shifting the Burden:

    • Instead of resolving issues, IMVU shifts the responsibility onto the creators, requiring you to search for answers or rely on community help rather than receiving direct, professional support.
  4. Escalating Stress:

    • For creators already dealing with account issues or financial harm, this approach adds another layer of frustration and emotional strain.

From the account I had logged into first, the Dragomira account, it has been three days now. I've not even got a message saying it was received like I have with all my others. But, I've also noticed that the email on that account was different...not much but the number 1 was not at the end of my email listed on the account. I sent in a ticket for that as well because I can't change it to fix it until the account is off of the Hold. From this account and the others it has been 2 days. I just find it ironic that when you send in a ticket, the message you get states I'd have a reply within 24-48 hrs. It's already been 48hrs with this account (my Creator account) and still no reply yet. I checked before coming to the forums. Then I also see in the forums many other people waiting a lot longer than 48hrs.
