I recently tried to cancel my request to delete my account they asked for further info so they could give me the best solution that was 17 days ago which I immediately replied to when it first came through . Now 17 days later and no response and still says status : waiting on agent . I read tickets are answered 1-5 days none vip and it’s went far past that :( I feel like I’m being ignored so they don’t have to give me my account back which was NOT taken from me I choose to delete it thinking I would not return and it’s in the 30 days period so I am able to receive it back right now but the longer it takes to get a reply I won’t be able to get it back ….. HELP :)

@Ashleyellen Someone hacked my account and misused it. Now my account got banned because of this and i dont even know my account got hacked until it was too late . I am trying to connect with the support via a ticket

@Ashleyellen it has been 8 days, not as long as some have to wait but I did put in a previous ticket three months ago that closed. This is my second attempt to get the hold cleared.
