Why does Imvu sell child avatars to grown adults

I was just made aware that Imvu takes roleplay jokes very seriously and bans accounts permanently for any mention that they are a different age. TOS states so. Why on earth then does Imvu allow adults to dress and look like 5 year olds sucking on binkies. This is pretty disturbing. And a tip of the iceberg on the disturbing things seen and heard on this app.  If you should act and speak according to your posted age , why is there children’s avatars and clothes for sale, ? There are no 7 year olds using this app correct? I’m confused as to Imvu’s decisions here. Either roleplay is ok or it isn’t. Which is it?

Guest_RockerSteve there are very few things that are either black or white; in fact there are many shades of grey and every other color also comes in many shades.

Sometimes in roleplay the characters are not the same age as the person behind the account. This is allowed.

It stands to reason that  Access Pass rooms allow a wider range of roleplay than General Audience rooms.

What is not allowed is if the roleplay is of an inappropriate nature.

When it comes to child roleplay then it doesn't take a degree in rocket science to figure out what is inappropriate.

Is this simple logic too difficult for you to understand?
