I created a ticket almost 3 weeks ago, and i even got replies. I sent it on a specific mail first, got one response and then i kept waiting for more but never came. Until, good lots of days later- i noticed on another mail all the replies and instructions i was waiting for and then, since i gave no replies, they closed the case. I felt like i missed my chance to get rid of the hold- but i replied quick and sent all my information they asked and paid back something that was apparently missing. The ticket is theoretically opened again. Now more than 10days passed and no answer...are they solving it or should i do a new ticket or write again? I dont wanna stress them too much, but i have lots of credits from also offers on that account and would love to gift my close people and buy myself new things too. Its been a month..thank you. :c

hello, you only need 1 ticket . If it did close you can reopen it . If they still have not response to you yet in 10 days as you said . May I know your ticket number ? To pass it to staff
