On May 27, I received an email from the IMVU Customer Support team requesting additional information and photos regarding my account hold.
I replied to that email on May 28, but IMVU has not read it since.
On June 4, I posted on the Forums to ask whether my email had been confirmed, but again, there was no response.
On June 5, I started to wonder if emails might not be getting through, so I submitted a ticket instead.
Today, I still haven’t received any response, so I’m leaving another post here on the Forum.
It seems that many others are also feeling frustrated with similar issues. I, too, am very frustrated with the ongoing delay. It has now been a month since the account hold began. I’ve been waiting endlessly, but ultimately, nothing has been resolved so far.
I understand that the IMVU team is working hard to address and respond to the issues of many users—not just mine. However, I would truly appreciate it if you could respond to user requests a bit more quickly. This is a game I genuinely enjoy playing, and I’ve had so much fun. But as the wait gets longer, it’s starting to wear me down…
In addition, I kindly ask you to review whether my other account, which was permanently restricted due to a payment error, can ever be used again.

Hello, ticket usually take 1-5 days response. Every reply is 1-5 days . Wait until you receive imvu by email. Don’t make another ticket because it will confused imvu which ticket to reply .
