Where do I go if I want to search for someone in IMVU?
You can select the gender, location, or interests of the person you are looking for to make your search faster. You can also use the person's email address or avatar name to do your search. Click on this link to go to the People Search page.
If you have a number of friends, you can do a quick search by clicking on the search icon located at the upper right corner of the Friends window of your IMVU Classic, and then enter the avatar name that you are looking for.
How do I invite my friends to IMVU from my Yahoo or Gmail contacts?
Click this link to invite your friends!. Select your email provider, and then it will ask you to log on to your email account. From there, you will see your contacts. Just select the email addresses you want to invite, and then click Invite Friend.
