Important Note: The Photostream has been integrated into a new Feed interface! Read all about it in this article.

Photostream is a feature of IMVU that allows users to capture and share their photos with the rest of the IMVU community. It also lets you discover the latest fashion trends, decor styles, and unlimited display of creativity from the photos posted by your friends and other users. Post pictures in the Stream and get your photo(s) recommended by the IMVU staff! Also, you can view and purchase any of the products that you like on other user's shared photos.

Overview

You can access the Photostream feature from the main menu of your IMVU account page.

You can also open the Photostream page to view more photos posted by other users by clicking the view more link on the Recent Photostream Activity section of your account page.

The Photostream page allows you to explore hundreds of photos posted by IMVU community members, like or comment on the photos, and gain new friends as well. There are three sections on the Photostream page:

  • Recommended - this section contains high quality photos submitted by users just like you
  • Friends - this section displays the photos shared to the stream by your IMVU friends
  • My Activity - this section displays all photos you have shared to the stream
