Purchasing Credits with a Mobile Phone
On Android
STEP 1: Launch your IMVU mobile app and log in to your account.
STEP 2: Tap on the Credits icon at the upper right side of your screen.
STEP 3: You will be directed to the Credits and Upgrades page. Under the Buy Credits tab, select your desired credit package.
STEP 4: A pop-up will appear below. Review your payment information and select Buy.
On iOS
STEP 1: Launch your IMVU mobile app and log in to your account.
STEP 2: Tap on the Credits icon at the upper left side of your screen.
STEP 3: You will be directed to the Credits and Upgrades page. Under the Buy Credits tab, select your desired credit package.
STEP 4: A pop-up will appear below. Review your payment information and select Purchase.
On IMVU Classic Website
STEP 1: Go to Buy With Your Phone page.
STEP 2: Select your country from the drop-down list.
STEP 3: Under Choose amount, click the Buy button next to your preferred credit package.
STEP 4: Enter your mobile phone number in the field provided, then click Continue.
STEP 5: Check your mobile phone to see if you received a confirmation text from the payment processor along with your PIN.
STEP 6: Enter the PIN in the IMVU store, then click Purchase.
