What to Do if Unable to Exchange Credits Through CurrencyConnect

If you are encountering currency exchange problems using MeetMe's CurrencyConnect, follow the steps below:

Resolving Currency Exchange Problems Through CurrencyConnect

STEP 1: Go to your account's credits balance log page and look for a transfer of credits either into or out of your account.

STEP 2: You may also try checking your balances on both MeetMe and IMVU to confirm that the exchange did not occur.

STEP 3: If an error occurs, please contact Customer Service to investigate on your concern. Go to Help Center, then click on Get Support, and then click the link to submit a case. Please provide the following information, along with other details, when filing a request support ticket:

  • The site where you initiated the exchange
  • The amount you were trying to exchange
  • The time the exchange took place
