What are Decorated Rooms?

Ever dreamed of creating and selling rooms like those in IMVU's Bundle Store, complete with furniture that can be further moved around to suit your customers' needs? Now you can with IMVU's new Decorated Rooms!

Starting version 521.8 (update your IMVU Classic here), Creators can create Decorated Rooms, selling them for credits or for cash.

How to Create and Submit a Decorated Room

STEP 1: Find a room and furniture (either your own or that of another Creator) that is marked as "bundleable". You can check if a product is bundleable by checking the bottom of the product page, near the PID (Product ID).

STEP 2: Go to My Room and start decorating with the bundleable items.

STEP 3: Go to the Chat Rooms tile and open the Room Management menu. Click on Create a Room. This will fill up one of your Chat Room Slots, but don't worry since you can delete this room later to free up the slot.

STEP 4: Fill up the required fields as would be normal in setting up a public room. Keep in mind that all the other fields are not visible in the Shop, except for the Room Shell that you choose. Afterwards, create your room.

STEP 5: Afterwards, click on Edit. Below the room URL, you will see a link to publish the room as a bundle. This is available as an option for any existing room that you have already created.

STEP 6: Fill in the required information in the submission form -- afterwards, you're done! The payouts for these rooms will work in the same way as existing bundles in our Shop.
