Starting July 1, 2023, all Earn Money Creators, including Grandfathered Creators, will require Platinum, Diamond, or Emerald VIP to be in the Earn Money Program and receive cash payouts.
This requirement does not affect Grandfathered Creators who are subscribed to legacy VIP (from before Tiered VIP launched).
Creators will be able to link three Grandfathered Creator accounts together under one VIP subscription.
- Creators will choose one Grandfathered account for their VIP subscription and two additional Grandfathered accounts that will not need VIP.
- If a Creator already pays for Platinum, Diamond, or Emerald VIP on a non-Grandfathered account, they can apply it to two of their Grandfathered accounts.
- All three linked accounts will be eligible for the Earn Money Program and payouts.
- Grandfathered accounts that are grouped with a VIP account will not need to apply for the Earn Money Program as long as they have already been approved to participate in the Earn Money Program prior.
- OPTIONAL: Starting August 1, 2023, Creators will be able to decide if they want to combine the earnings from all their linked accounts into one main account or keep them separate.
How to link Grandfathered accounts
Step 1. Make sure one of your Creator accounts has Platinum, Diamond, or Emerald VIP.
Step 2. Submit a help ticket to the Earn Money Program, requesting linked accounts. List an account that has VIP and two Grandfathered accounts that do not have VIP.
When you submit a case, make sure to select “Creator - Earn Money” as your case category.
Step 3. If any linked accounts are not in the Earn Money Program, those account(s) will need to join to earn money and request a payout. All accounts will be able to apply to the Earn Money Program without a VIP subscription. However, you will not be able to earn money or request a payout until the account has a qualified VIP subscription or is linked to a Grandfathered account with a qualified VIP subscription.
Step 4. Once the team receives your ticket (and your Earn Money application(s), if applicable), they will:

Step 5. As soon as your accounts are approved, the team will link them together, so all three can be in the Earn Money Program with only one VIP subscription.
Funneling Earnings
Starting August 1, 2023, “Grandfathered” Creators may choose to direct their earnings from alt accounts (up to two accounts) to one main account. This means that any cash or Credit earnings will be combined into one account.
If you have $50 or more in your combined MASA, and the total amount does not exceed $500, you can withdraw all of those funds. This capability only applies to funds accumulated after the MASAs have been combined. Funds earned before you've combined your MASAs are not included and will remain in their respective accounts.
It is completely optional and up to the Creator to take advantage of this opportunity.
STEPS:
1. Establishing alt accounts with the Earn Money team.
2. To link your earnings with specific accounts, please submit a help ticket to the Earn Money team with this request. Be sure to specify which accounts you would like to link.
3. Earn Money team will verify ownership of all accounts.
4. Once confirmed, the Earn Money team will link the accounts and funnel earnings to the main account.
5. All earnings from link accounts moving forward will be collected under one account.
How does this affect MASA?
The MASA calculation is based on the Creator's average sales in a 12-month period divided by 12. If earnings are directed to a single account, the MASA will adjust accordingly to the main account they are directed to from their alt accounts.
Alt accounts with zero funds will have a base MASA of $500. Our system will adjust the MASA of the designated main account receiving all earnings from the alt accounts, which will recognize all three accounts' earnings as one.
FAQs
Can you link 2 accounts instead of 3?
Yes, it is possible to link two accounts instead of three.
Can I use a non-grandfathered account for my VIP account?
Yes, using a non-grandfathered account for the VIP account is fine.
Can the linked accounts be non-grandfathered accounts?
Only a Grandfathered account can be linked with a VIP account. You could link your Grandfathered account to one of your VIP accounts.
Will the linked accounts be verified so others can’t steal people’s accounts?
Rest assured, our team will check each set of accounts submitted to make sure they belong to the same person.
If we link two accounts with a VIP account, are we required to funnel our earnings and payments into one of the accounts?
No, funneling earnings is not required and is totally optional. Funneling earnings is a separate task from linking accounts, and we won’t do it if the Creator doesn't request it to be done. If you funnel your funds with two other accounts, the main account will have a new MASA calculation.
Will the linked accounts also receive all VIP perks?
The two accounts linked to the VIP account will have Creator privileges and be eligible for the Earn Money Program and Earn Money Payouts. Other VIP perks will not apply to the two linked accounts. You can choose to funnel funds to one main account. All three store catalogs associated with these accounts will remain separate.
Will the catalogs in the linked accounts combine into one catalog?
The catalogs will remain separate. The only things that will be combined are MASA and payouts based on the combined MASA. And, of course, the two grandfathered accounts associated with the VIP will keep their Earn Money and payout privileges.
What if linked accounts with combined earnings remain at a $500 MASA?
If the merged accounts still have less than $500 MASA, that $500 label would remain the same. However, the actual payouts would increase. Please request payouts in accordance with your MASA.
If the combined accounts have more than a $500 MASA, the MASA label will show an increase, and the payouts will increase.
Will linked accounts for payouts still display how much each account earned?
You will need to check per product. All funds will automatically be funneled into the main account. You are not required to funnel all funds into one account.
What happens to the earnings from before the accounts were linked?
Earnings from before the accounts were linked would remain in separate accounts. The current system for payout requests would apply to those earnings.
Will the MASA be based on the linked accounts or the main VIP account?
Funneling earnings is a separate ask from linking your three accounts, and we won’t do it if the Creator doesn't request it to be done. If you funnel your funds with two other accounts, the main account will have a new MASA calculation.
Will the Grandfathered Creator accounts that link with the VIP account need to reapply to the Earn Money Program?
No. If the linked accounts have already been approved to participate in the Earn Money Program prior, you do not need to reapply. We will only need to verify account ownership before linking.
