How to Purchase Tiered VIP using VCOIN

You will get the option to purchase VIP with VCOIN after it’s been added to your shopping cart. Note that the option to Pay With VCOIN will not be available if any VCOIN packages are added to the shopping cart.

You can only purchase VIP with VCOIN via IMVU Website and IMVU Desktop. Here is the equivalent of each VIP tier:

• VIP Gold - 1247.50 VCOIN ($4.99)

• VIP Platinum - 2497.50 VCOIN ($9.99)

• VIP Diamond - 4997.50 ($19.99)

• VIP Emerald - 7497.50 VCOIN ($29.99)

Reminder: You will see the VCOIN amount for VIP after it’s been added to your shopping cart.

Here are the steps on how to purchase VIP using VCOIN: 

Step 1. Login to your account through IMVU Desktop or IMVU Website. 

Step 2. Head on over to the Store, under Credits and Upgrades, and select the VIP tier you want to purchase.

Step 3. Click “Add to Cart for $.. ” to confirm.

Step 4. At the upper right corner, a pop-up of your Shopping Cart will appear, showing an option to purchase VIP using VCOIN. Click "Pay with VCOIN... " to proceed. The amount of VCOIN for the VIP you selected will be deducted from your VCOIN Wallet. 

Note: Tiered VIP purchased using VCOIN has a recurring charge; to cancel your VIP Subscription, click here. 

Remember: All upgrades/subscriptions bought with VCOIN are FINAL. Refunds are NOT available for these purchases.
