How to Attach Files or Photos in Support Tickets or Chats

Need to send a photo or an attachment? No problem! Here’s how to upload or attach files when submitting a ticket or while chatting with our support team.


Submitting a ticket 

1. Fill out the necessary fields when submitting your ticket.

2. Look for the ‘Attachment’ option, represented by a paper clip icon located below the ticket fields.

3. Click on the paper clip icon and select the picture or file you want to attach. Just ensure that the file is saved on your computer before you start.

Live Chat 

1. While in a chat with our support team, find the paper clip icon next to the emoji button at the bottom of the chat window.

2. Click the paper clip icon to upload your photo or attachment.

3. Make sure the image or file you wish to send is already saved on your computer.
