REMEMBER:  Please do not send us your selfie or ID photos unless we ask for them.

For scenarios that require you to send your ID and your selfie with ID, you will need to submit two images:

The ID

The ID must show necessary information such as your complete name, date of birth, expiration date and your photo. The quality of the image must be appropriate to be valid.

Here’s an example of a valid ID attachment:

The following would make the ID invalid:
1. Blurry, grainy, dark, or in any way unreadable photos.
2. Photocopied documents.
3. Expired documents.
4. IDs with non-Roman Alphabet characters and no English translations.
5. Covering essential parts of the ID, like your name and photo

When taking the selfie, make sure both your face and your ID are clearly visible, along with the photo on the ID. None of the documents should be covering your face. Do not send separate pictures of yourself without holding the documents. These will not be accepted.

Here is an example of a proper Selfie with an ID:

  • Make sure your entire face is visible in the photo and that the information on your ID is legible. Avoid wearing sunglasses, caps, or masks.
