How to Access Live Chat Support

1. Visit the Community Center: support.imvu.com and log into your account. 

2. Look for the Chat Icon: Find the “Chat with us!” icon in the lower right corner of the page. 




3. Start the Conversation: Select “Yes” to connect with one of our team members. 


Tip: Have any relevant information ready (like your username, transaction details, or screenshots of error messages) before starting the chat. This can help us resolve your issue more quickly. 


Live Chat on IMVU Mobile

Tiered VIP users can also access Live Chat on IMVU Mobile. Here’s how: 


1. Go to Settings: In the IMVU mobile app, navigate to Settings and select Help Center

2. Open Community Center Page: This will open the Community Center page in your mobile browser. Log into your account. 

3. Tap “Chat with us!” in the lower right corner, tap the chat icon, and select “Yes” to connect with a team member.
