Why am I seeing an "Invalid Keywords" error when submitting a product?
If you receive an "Invalid Keywords" error when submitting a product, one or more of the keywords associated with your product are not allowed.
IMVU restricts certain words and terms from being used as product keywords. This may include inappropriate or prohibited terms, as well as other restricted keywords.
What should I do?
Review the keywords associated with your product and remove any that may be inappropriate, prohibited, or unrelated to your product. Once you've updated your keywords, try submitting the product again.
For security and enforcement purposes, IMVU does not identify which specific keyword triggered the error or provide a list of restricted keywords.
If you continue receiving the error, review all of the keywords associated with your product and make additional changes before submitting again.
Please remember that product information, including keywords, must follow IMVU's policies and guidelines.
