Got my main account placed on hold over 2 years ago then was logged out due to the app logging me out and couldn’t remember my password so i tried to reset it couldn’t reset it due to the hold on my account and for the last 2 years ive been trying to get it back the reason it was placed on hold in the first place was because apple thought it was a fraudulent purchase and they refunded me the money even after i contacted apple support and told them it wasn’t

Missing Live chat and now tickets are stuck at "Waiting on an Agent" since last week even after buying VIP for this support, My other account was on hold and had _old1 appended and name has been taken over by a Guest! Not even a change name token has been provided!

Hey I need help with my account I deleted it but I regret it so I want it back and I made a ticket describing the issue and I gave my information for the account but no agent has responded to me and it’s about to be 5 days, please help

Good evening, the reason for my message is because when I created my account I did it through Facebook, now I want to change it to Gmail to secure it more since I have progress and have invested and when I want to change it to Gmail they send me a message to confirm a Yahoo email to which I do not have access, I would like to see how I can solve that so I can change and secure my account in a better way.
