KInda stupid I cant live support if I cant get through now sure what the hell is going oon but it best get fixed Or I am leaving here . It's bad enough I deal with imvu always auto removibg and blocking by friends but removing my rooms when I'm still vip and I cant get love support this is beyond ridiculous.

i wrote several tickets and i paid the 72 dollars for the old to be taken off both accounts MFNitti and NittMF I SENT THE TRANSACTOIN ID IN A ATTACHMENT I SPENT ALOT OF MONEY ON BOTH OF THOSE ACCOUNTS ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS AND I DONT HAVE VIP TO TALK LIVE SO YOU PEOPLE NEED TO HURRY UP AND FREE MY PAGES

sono nelle condizioni di acquistare  AP PLUS ma IMVU non mi accetta la carta che uso OGNI MESE pe r rinnovare il VIP , inoltre l'assistenza chat per VIP non è mai disponibile

Me dice que mi verificación de edad fallo ,aún poniendo mi cédula y mi foto y aparte cuando intento comprar el ap me dice procesando orden y no termina de hacerlo

   leggo pou lamentele che plausi

Convengo che la mia opinione che IMVU si stia deteriorando è supportata da milti utenti, 

IMVU dovete migliorare il programma e diminuire tutti i balzelli che avete inserito; 

1) Nel caso di donazioni tra account è assurda  la doppia  autenticazione per chi non desidera utilizzarla

2) SE sono AP significa che la mia maggior età è già stata appurata, invece voi avete inserito il "verified age" Macchinoso sistema  burocratico che mette in difficoltà parecchi utenti che vorrebbero  procedere all'acquisto di AP Plus.

Snellite il sistema e facilitae l'uso e aumenterete gli utenti
