Regarding the Outfit Challenge issue, IMVU is aware of a bug that may prevent users from viewing their scores and/or receiving rewards. The team is looking into the issue and working on a possible fix. Bugs can also be reported through the official IMVU Discord or directly in the Bug Reports forum.

Olá! Preciso de ajuda. Isso vem acontecendo há algum tempo. Compro coisas e elas somem. Alguns dos meus avatares foram removidos e perdi todas as minhas recompensas. Ganhei vários prêmios em competições de moda, mas o dinheiro nunca chega à minha conta. Já aconteceu tantas vezes que achei que fosse normal. Além disso, subo no ranking, mas a recompensa a que tenho direito nunca aparece. Agora, os resultados nem sequer estão sendo exibidos, como você pode ver nas imagens.


Além de tudo isso, deve haver muitos créditos que eu nunca recebi e que simplesmente desapareceram. Exijo que esse problema seja resolvido ou que eu receba uma compensação para remediar essa situação. Não consigo aproveitar o jogo se eles fizerem esse tipo de coisa injusta comigo.

Hola! Necesito ayuda esto esta pasando desde algún tiempo compro cosas y me las quitan me an quitado algunos avatares y me han dejado sin las recompensas he ganado en varios puestos en las competencias de moda pero jamas llego el dinero a mi cuenta me a pasado tantas veces que pensé que era normal otra cosa subo de puesto pero jamas aparece la recompensa que me pertenece por ganar ahora no me aparecen los resultados como verán en imágenes 

A todo esto deben de haber muchos créditos que jamas recibí y desapareció exijo que se solucione este problema o una compensación que remedie esta situación no puedo disfrutar del juego si me hacen este tipo de cosas muy injustas

Necesito de su ayuda, ya que no me aparece la calificación, solo un guion, y tampoco se me otorga la recompensa de los eventos de moda.

Why does this message show when I bought 10,000 credits and 6,000 it did it twice when I bought it on Imvu classic

I am unable to upload a profile picture on my account.

Whenever I click the “Choose File” button, the file selection does not register any files, and it shows “No file chosen.”

I have tried:

Different devices (phone and laptop)

Different browsers

Different image files (JPG, PNG)

Using the profile picture change page directly

Despite all attempts, the issue persists.

Please help me resolve this problem as soon as possible.

I need a help with ap and verification. I have enough of credits for buying ap, but it's also requiring an age verification, and it's becoming a problem, because I'm russian and my passport are not supported. How can I buy ap without real money or verification?

How come you guys won’t let me post any of 2D pictures now ?? None of them are bad or contain anything that’s not allowed in the picture.
