I can't believe that a friend of mine had his account taken away a month or more ago and you haven't fixed it for him, even though he's a VIP.

is there a way to contact support without submitting a ticket with my first and last name cause idk if i used my maiden name or married name when i verified age and made account :(

account was put on hold since i wasnt online for a year or so i still have the original credit card and email used on the account and ive been playing. but i need the hold off my account please <3

Why is it that if i change credit card, it won't make me buy the VIP or credits? Many people have this problem it's been years now.. but never resolved! Looks like imvu doesn't care to loose customers!! A VIP or buying credits means an increase for this platform. Another big problem is, there is no help when problems come up! The AI you are using for customer who have a problem, doesn't help!! When is IMVU gonna relove these very important problems? Unstead of releasing new updates which almost no-one cares about??!!

IMVU has dropped the ball on helping its paying customers......I have had a problem over a month an IMVU has blocked me from filling a ticker plus they refuse to have phone calls now to solve any problems
