Man Ive been waiting for almost 2 months to hear from yall. This is crazy I mean idk what happened to the customer support over the years but this is terrible.

THIS NEW SYSTEM ISNT WORKING SUBMITTING TICKETS TAKES TO DAM LONG NO ONE HAVE TIME AFTER SPENDSING SO MUCH MONEY ON THERE ACCOUNT TO WAIT MONTHS FOR A RESPOND FROM YALL I BEEN TRYING TO GET MY ACCOUNT OFF HOLD AND NO ONE RESPONDED IN A TIMMLY MANNER THEY NEED TO BRING BACK THE PHONE CAUSE WE PAY YALL TO DO YALL JOB SO FREAKING DO THAT I SEE WHY PEOPLE ARE LEAVING VU AND GOING SECOND LIFE BECAUSE THEY ACTUALY HELP WHEN NEEDED YALL DOING STUFF ON YALL TIME WHEN WE SPEND THOUSANDS FOR YALL TO HELP US HAVE THE BEST VU EXPERIENCE DO YALL JOB TAKE MY ACCOUNT OFF HOLD

Someone hacked my account and misused it. Now my account got banned because of this and i am trying to connect with the support via a ticket. its been 9 days now still i didnt got a reply. Please i need help asap before my account is completely gone...

The virtual assistant can not understand simple sentences, please work on that please, system is not easier, just frustrating!

My account is blocked and I submitted a ticket and haven't even heard back yet. Why?

I have been trying to get my account off hold for the past 2 weeks now no response besides the original automated email that is originally sent say wait 3-7 business days. Can't reach out to a human by phone because phone number is disconnected it's an inconvenience for everyone. You can place a hold on account but can't hear back from anyone within a certain timeframe. I can't speak to anyone without being a vip member which is ridiculous but I can't buy vip because account is on hold so i'm stuck with submitting a ticket a waiting possibly up to a month to hear something back.

i have been trying to get my account off hold for the last two days i’ve been in multiple emails with no response. i can’t buy anything in the shop, can’t buy credits or vip, and can’t even gain access to ap status. I’m really annoyed because this is a ten year account and although birthday information is probably different (because i did not like sharing that info) i can be age verified with an ID. Truly frustrated that because i was inactive i have a hold placed on the account.
