Olá.
Eu ganhei um item chamado "Love Lingerie | Red" na roleta, mas ele não apareceu no meu inventário. Na hora do giro, a imagem do item nem carregou, então acredito que possa ter sido um item banido ou removido.
Gostaria de saber se é possível receber um novo prêmio no
lugar ou resolver esse problema.

Hello, I'm experiencing an issue with my IMVU account. It has been restricted without any warning or explanation, and now I can't perform any actions on the platform, such as purchasing credits, accessing features, or interacting normally.
I have checked my emails and notifications, and I haven’t received any messages explaining the reason for this restriction. I would like a clear explanation of what happened and, most importantly, an immediate resolution and removal of this restriction, as it is preventing me from using services I have already paid for.
I have spent nearly R$2,000 on the platform, and I feel extremely disappointed and unfairly treated for not being able to access basic account functionalities.
Please review my case urgently and get back to me with a solution as soon as possible.

Hello, good evening, my name is JAMFERA19. In the game, I deactivated my account on May 1st at 10:40 pm (6 days ago), but I sent a message to cancel the deletion and reactivate it. However, until now I have not received a response. I even created another account to contact them through the panel, but I have not received a response either.
