HORRIBLE service. i have submitted an overload of tickets and no response. MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ON HOLD. WHY WOULD I WANT THIS APP IF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS STUFF. HORRIBLE.

Hello IMVU Support,


My account was recently suspended due to a violation involving an accessory I wore publicly. I understand now that it may have looked inappropriate, but I did not intend to break the rules or cause any offense.


The item in question was meant as a joke and I did not realize it could be considered a violation. I also noticed that some of my purchased items like the “Him Avatar” and poses (such as the {Lc} PosePack) have been removed or are no longer accessible.


I kindly ask if you could review my case and restore any removed items, as I purchased them with credits and would like to continue using IMVU in accordance with the rules.


I understand the community guidelines now and will make sure not to repeat this mistake.

it doesn't matter if you have account or not you still WILL NOT GET ANY HELP FROM IMVU STAFF! THEY LIE ABOUT GETTING   help by chatting with an agent from Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM Pacific Time I HAVE TRY AND NOTHING!!!! BUT IMVU IS LOOKING FOR US TO PAY THIER WAGES THROUGH OUR MEMEBERSHIP!
