Why does it send this message if I paid for it and I got proof I paid? It never did this

I need a help with ap and verification. I have enough of credits for buying ap, but it's also requiring an age verification, and it's becoming a problem, because I'm russian and my passport are not supported. How can I buy ap without real money or verification?

How come you guys won’t let me post any of 2D pictures now ?? None of them are bad or contain anything that’s not allowed in the picture.
My old account was hacked and I'm trying to get it back the account name is khamanirobinson

I want to unlink Facebook and switch my account to email and password login.
