I have submitted a ticket about help to get back into a account that was hacked with a changed username and email. I am hoping I can get my hacked account back.
I've submitted 10 tickets and no response for a month!!!!!! this is sad. yall are ripping people of.

HORRIBLE service. i have submitted an overload of tickets and no response. MY ACCOUNT IS STILL ON HOLD. WHY WOULD I WANT THIS APP IF NO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR THIS STUFF. HORRIBLE.

Hello IMVU Support,
My account was recently suspended due to a violation involving an accessory I wore publicly. I understand now that it may have looked inappropriate, but I did not intend to break the rules or cause any offense.
The item in question was meant as a joke and I did not realize it could be considered a violation. I also noticed that some of my purchased items like the “Him Avatar” and poses (such as the {Lc} PosePack) have been removed or are no longer accessible.
I kindly ask if you could review my case and restore any removed items, as I purchased them with credits and would like to continue using IMVU in accordance with the rules.
I understand the community guidelines now and will make sure not to repeat this mistake.
