He enviado 3 ticket para eliminar la retención de mi cuenta, envié todos mis datos que aun no entiendo porq me tienen retenida la cuenta y no tengo respuesta, desde el 1 de julio he enviado ticket y no responden

I contacted the support service with a ticket to remove the hold on the account, but the support service has not responded to my ticket for three weeks.please help

I sent several tickets to the support service, but there is no answer to any of them. The first one was sent on 06/13/2025

Hola Tengo un problema con mi cuenta cuando le pongo un baile no se cambia en la parte de abajo se queda igual no me deja usarlo he tratado de reiniciarlo y sale igual elimina el juego y lo baje sale igual no me deja usar nada le pongo un baile le pongo para sentarme y no me aparece la parte superior solo me sale en el inventario pero no me sale afuera

Olá n estou conseguindo manda mensagem pra nenhum dos meus amigos, aparece a mensagem seguinte "vc não pode manda mensagem para um adulto" quero resolver isso.

For some reason that I don't know, my password doesn't even come in correctly. my acount have AP and AGE. I don't have access to the email, and I don't know why I can't log into the account. The password is correct and I still receive a notification from the Next app if someone sends me a message, but I can't log in.

I already made a ticket but it's been 5 days and they haven't answered me.

Olá.

Eu ganhei um item chamado "Love Lingerie | Red" na roleta, mas ele não apareceu no meu inventário. Na hora do giro, a imagem do item nem carregou, então acredito que possa ter sido um item banido ou removido.

Gostaria de saber se é possível receber um novo prêmio no

lugar ou resolver esse problema.
