I have NFT and I pay the premium, but every time I stay in my rooms or talk to someone, sometimes I get just one message that violates the community guidelines, but because of one message I deserve a 24 hour ban? Sometimes I don't even do anything and I still get banned, the ban is very strict, it's never been like this, why is it being banned now? This is really disturbing the game, I don't even log into my account properly anymore I'm afraid of getting banned

Be lucky it was temporary, I’ve lost a 15 year old account worth thousands of dollars over a joke in a AP chat room roleplay . Permanently. I’ve had it with the management of this company . They abuse their own paying users
