Due to a safety-related change, IMVU no longer allows external links to be used in uploading images and posts to Groups. To be able to post images, we recommend downloading your preferred image and uploading it to your albums. Then, follow these steps:
STEP 1. Go to the image you wish to upload, and click it. Copy its link from your browser's address bar. This link should end in a .jpg, .png, or other image file extension. If you are not seeing this, you might have to right-click the image and select Open Image in New Tab.
STEP 2. In the message field of the group, paste the image link and enclose it in image tags ([img][/img]). For our example above, it's:

STEP 3. Post your message --- your image should now be live!
