Creators are not automatically opted into receiving Product Review notifications, unless you have previously checked the box to receive Creator Communications. If you would like to receive email notifications each time a customer provides a review of your product, you may check the box in your Email Preferences, found in Account Settings. When opted in, you will receive an email like this one:
