Note: Please be reminded that IMVU divorce is final. Upon divorcing, you will receive a pop-up that will notify you of the effects. You will permanently lose any rooms you share with your partner (Our Room/Shared Room) once the divorce goes through. This will also happen when you unfriend or block your spouse:
When unfriending via IMVU Classic and on the IMVU website, you will receive this notification when you try to unfriend your spouse. Proceeding with unfriending will divorce you, and remarrying will require the purchase of another Marriage Package. A similar warning pop-up is being developed for IMVU Mobile.

You can make this decision on your own and once you do so, you both will lose all the marriage package perks.
If you wish to marry again after divorcing, you will need to purchase a new Marriage Package.
