Show your precious bond on both your profiles by purchasing the Marriage Package!
Here is the step-by-step procedure on how to get married:
STEP 1: Purchase the Marriage Package in our Store under Upgrades.
STEP 2: Once you have purchased the package, you will be directed to the Marriage Package via a quickmessage.
STEP 3: Enter the Avatar name of the person you want to propose to, and then enter a special proposal message.
Note: There are certain reasons why your proposal will be returned. It may be due to some errors or it depends on the following situations:
- Sorry, this avatar is already married
- Sorry, this avatar does not exist
- Sorry, this avatar is under 18
- Sorry, this avatar has already been proposed to
- Sorry, this avatar account is currently not active
STEP 4: The Avatar you proposed to will receive a message informing them that they have received a proposal and will be directed to the Marriage Package page.
STEP 5: On the Marriage Package page, the Avatar you proposed to will be seeing this screen:
STEP 6: The Avatar who proposed will be receiving a message informing them of the answer.
If they clicked No, the ring box will close along with a message as shown in the screen below:
If they clicked Yes, the Avatar who proposed will receive the following message:
STEP 7: You can now share your union by announcing your marriage to your friends!
I am married on IMVU, what will happen if I unfriend/block my partner?
