STEP 1: Go to https://www.imvu.com/catalog/web_index.php and log in to your account.
STEP 2: Click on the Account link near the top-right corner of the website.
STEP 3: Scroll down to the Privacy & Safety section of the page.
STEP 4: Under the Panel Visibility Settings heading, click the “Leave message” dropdown to select which users are allowed to message you, then click “Update Preferences” at the bottom to save your changes.
