Where can I find MY unique VCOIN URL?
Your shareable URL can be found in your VCOIN wallet. (ex. vcoin.me/tofucat). You can copy your link by just clicking the “Share My Link” button down below.
What are the requirements for using my VCOIN URL to send/receive requests?
In order to copy and use your VCOIN URL, you need to enable two-factor authentication for your IMVU account and verify your email. This is an extra layer of security to ensure your account and your VCOIN are safe.

How do I request VCOIN using a user’s unique URL?
To send a VCOIN request to another user keep in mind that the user’s account will need to have 2FA enabled.
STEP 1: Input the user’s unique URL in your browser, then click Request.
STEP 2: Insert the amount of VCOIN you’d like to request from them.
STEP 3: Add a note so the user knows what you’re requesting/sending VCOIN for.
P.S. If you’re requesting or sending VCOIN for a service from Gigs Marketplace, in the note section be sure to add details about the service you’re being paid for or recently bought.
What happens when I receive a VCOIN request via URL?
Once you get a VCOIN request, you’ll receive a notification on IMVU. If you’re not online and don’t see the real time popup, the request will be listed on your Pending list within your VCOIN wallet.
You can access this page by clicking your shareable link in the VCOIN Wallet dropdown.
How do I complete a VCOIN request?
Here’s how you can complete any VCOIN requests sent to you. Please remember that you’ll need to have 2FA enabled and your email verified in order to proceed.
STEP 1: Click Pay on the VCOIN request you’ve received.
STEP 2: Confirm the user’s name and VCOIN amount being sent. Your VCOIN will be sent shortly.
How do I report a user for sending unwanted requests?
Please report users that send unwanted or inappropriate requests using your link.
STEP 1: Find the unwanted request in your Pending transactions list, and click the 3 dots in the right hand corner.
STEP 2: Input the reason for the report
STEP 3: Your report is submitted and an IMVU Staff member will address your issue soon.
How do I reject or cancel a VCOIN request?
If you’ve made a mistake in sending a request or if you receive an unknown request for VCOIN, you can still reject or cancel the request.
Note: ALL VCOIN transactions are FINAL! A request can be canceled or rejected but once VCOIN is sent, there’s no getting it back.

What are the minimum and maximum send/request VCOIN amounts?
The minimum amount of VCOIN you have to request or send using URL is 20 VCOIN.
The maximum amount of VCOIN you can request or send using URL is 25,000 VCOIN (per transaction).
Can I reverse a transaction after VCOIN has been sent via URL?
No. All VCOIN transactions are FINAL.
