How to Send a Private Message to the Creator of a product on IMVU Mobile

Here are the steps on how to send a message to the Creator from the catalog:

STEP 1. Log into your account on IMVU Mobile and tap Shop.

 

STEP 2. At the search bar, put the avatar name of the Creator you want to send a message to.

STEP 3. All the products of the Creator will appear. Choose your preferred item and tap on the product’s name.

STEP 4. You will be directed to the product’s page. Scroll down and under “More by this Creator”, tap on the profile picture of the Creator.

STEP 5. The Creator’s profile will appear. Click on the chat bubble icon to send a message.

STEP 6. A chat box will appear where you can type your message. Hit the Send button once done.
