This is an update to the original post, just to make things more clear.
There are two issues going on.
1 - Failed Payout June 6 - We experienced a technical issue with payouts. All payouts were initiated but failed, and the money was put back on each Creator's Earn Money balance. 156 Creators were affected. If you see an issue with your approved payout, please request another payout today and the team will put a priority on processing it.
2 - Mistaken Payout June 7 - if you received a payout on June 7 between 1pm and 2pm Pacific Time those payments were made by mistake. Please don't cash them out. We're working through the issue right now.

Can't re-submit my request until my HELP TICKET is looked at and the pending request that sitting in the payouts has been deleted/removed. Your system prevents us from asking for more then 1 payment at a time....SOOOOO...as long as my current request is sitting there.."unassigned" in the payout blackhole...I CANNOT submit another payout request.. and now I sit and wait... for my help ticket to reach an agent..and I'm looking forward to having to explain how that...now..I need this pending payout request removed and I'm sure the fight I'll inexplicably have to deal with... with the highly uneducated support staff who gets my ticket..should be interesting..something else I'm sooo looking forward to having to deal with. (she types sarcastically rolling her eyes yet again for the 100th time today) So glad I stopped creating and took my talent elsewhere..otherwise..THIS debacle..would have been the final straw.

I had no choice in the matter.
Y'all sent me 75$ two-three days ago to an empty paypal account that's set to autopay several online subscriptions the first week of the month. By the time I even realized I'd been sent money I only had 30$ left. I can't send back money I no longer have and I can't get refunded for things like dropbox and hulu. I don't know what y'all want me to do, to be perfectly honest, this is a headache and the most unprofessional, unacceptable thing I've ever seen from a digital business.
Policy changes I don't like or don't agree with are one thing, unimaginable greed and price hiking are one thing, but y'all royally screwed up with money I didn't even ask for and now have to figure out how to pay back or make right or I'll be penalized in some way.
That's horse crap, to be honest.
I didn't make this mistake, you did.
I should not be having to figure out how to make it right, you should.
Your customer service is terrible and the way you treat your creators is appalling and disrespectful. At this point your company should take everything it "accidentally" paid out on the lip as a gift to your userbase of creators for having to put up with the insurmountable horse puckey you've put us all through.
This is the end of my professional relationship with IMVU, I'll be moving to a different platform to make money to support myself moving forward. I no longer care whether IMVU sinks or swims, as far as I'm concerned the platform is irredeemable after this.

I held off on sending mine back because I had a payout in - they paid my 9 other accts but not that one where they had sent the $$ which is FINE- however, it wasnt enough to cover what the sent....so now I am stuck between "do I send the diff back" or do I just let it work itself out because there is enough in my pending to cover it! Doesnt matter either way to me I just dont wanna make it more of a mess!

But what if your payment never failed..but your payout request is sitting at "unassigned"?? Do we put in another request? I dont want 2 requests and then end up getting penalized penalized because you put them both through..so I'm going to ask this for the THIRD time today..
If you have a payout request in the que and the status is "unassigned" or "pending agent" do we submit a NEW request to get paid??? Do we need to submit a help ticket to have it removed. How hard is it to answer these questions instead of just posting the same info you've posted for the last 2 days????
