Hi Creators,

This is an update to the original post, just to make things more clear.

There are two issues going on.

1 - Failed Payout June 6 - We experienced a technical issue with payouts. All payouts were initiated but failed, and the money was put back on each Creator's Earn Money balance. 156 Creators were affected. If you see an issue with your approved payout, please request another payout today and the team will put a priority on processing it.

2 - Mistaken Payout June 7 - if you received a payout on June 7 between 1pm and 2pm Pacific Time those payments were made by mistake. Please don't cash them out. We're working through the issue right now.

How can I just get mine cancelled? I kept what IMVU actually owed me ($60) and sent back the difference. My last payout request still says "Pending Agent"

Mine is in Resolved Approved again, but I'd better not be seeing that $5 deduction for a second request I had to put in. lol I'm saving screenshots of everything, and have been since this F.U.B.A.R. - S.N.A.F.U. started up. I understand that accidents happen, but after everything that's gone on over the last month, my confidence is very low right now.

At this point, I don't care about MASA..I know it will affect others. I just want to know if I'm going to get paid.

I feel like if you remove and re- request thats gonna screw up MASA- since we only have 30 days to get what we earned towards MASA

Still waiting for my payouts, alt's ticket hasn't even been looked at yet.

If it isn't already obvious, they don't think there. THAT is the biggest issue with this place.

That would be nice, but it isn't actually the problem I have.

I am disabled and get Medicaid. In order to stay qualified for Medicaid, I can't make more than a certain amount each month. If IMVU were to send me the money that actually owe me in addition to these mistake payouts, I could literally lose my health insurance because I "made too much money."

Hence, I only sent back the difference, and now I have to hope they DON'T send me the payout I actually requested.

And...what about the payout requests that are sitting "unassigned"?? Are they just going to sit there? Do we need to file a help ticket and have them removed and re-request our payouts? I realize that knowledge may not be a priority to IMVU, but we all have bills to pay, and if I/We need to make other arrangements...move money around, it would be beneficial to be able to do that now, so that things can be taken care of in a timely manner. I honestly don't think it's too much to ask to ask to know, if this only affected payouts..or the whole entire system and those who have requests sitting there. The sooner we can all get this sorted, the happier everyone will be.

I was told it will show as a negative on our W9 from IMVU at the end of the year - so shouldnt have a tax issue if thats the case - However- Id like them to just reverse it or take it back out if possible so it just clears it.

Failed payout June 6 - if your requested payout failed, please submit a new ticket asking for payout and they'll prioritize it
