good evening, I hope that writing here is ok because I don't know where to write because it has changed, and I don't know where to open a ticket.
months ago I recovered my OoKARENoO avatar that had both ap and age, and I didn't do it myself but with the person I was married to in the game.. oOFALCOOo and after imvu gave it back to me it took away both ege and ap only because I didn't remember the last digits of the credit card but I don't understand why they took away ap that they gave it to me as a gift... I can understand ege why this? thanks and have a good evening everyone

@Sargantana, vu removed the previous New-Version of threads/help/community forums and replaced it with this one. This thread does not have category's set for other languages, or translator, there are no sub category and no way to post replays. Directly on people comments. Maybe in time they will yet again make improvements. I hope this helped you.

Hey I'm an ap member and the official IMVU mobile account said as an ap member I should get a free Oktoberfest room and 25k credits by 9/21 and I haven't received my rewards despite being an AP member. It's passed the due date for the rewards to be given. This has not been an issue before. I have issued a ticket about it but I don't know if it will go through given the moving. Can I please get my rewards?

I'm seeing here questions in other languages (no idea if it happens at other threads, I have not time to check it).. are you sure that is not needed specific threads for other languages? I don't know if questions asked here are replied on private messages, or only they are ignored :/
