Unfortunately once again, you are ruining something that is very useful for users. You made a new site and in the support center, it serves no one. Not all of you speak English and translation is no longer supported by the new context in live chat. Please fix this error so that the discussion can be easier. Thanks
Lestat: Well, this new format is a bit difficult for me, but could be great to have a "corner" for all developers where to post the new products.
I can see that now is not possible to insert emojis (or maybe I've not found the way to do it, lol)

@Sargantana Should we make a Post in a general area like the previous Catalog and Products?

Dear I needed VIP live chat because I lost my account and I bought VIP for the sake to contact IMVU instantly on this urgent matter but I couldn't find the live chat option :(

@LestatDeLioncourt - Thanks for your feedback! A user's guide will be available soon! Here are some steps on how to follow a group or topic with screenshots.
1. Click on any forum group (Eg. Creator News & Event).
2. You should see a "Follow" button below the group name. Click on that, and you should be good!
For topics, simply click any topic and click the "Follow" button under the topic title. We hope this helps!

Where we can post our new derived items? Where are the "discussions" in other languages?

I would like to see a User's Guide on the new Forums. Simple things like... How do you follow an entire "Area" of interest? If a person is interested in say Creating and wanted to be notified by email that a new post is in this area or that one... How to do that? Thanks
