I wish they allow us to reply to our own post. I want to tanks LestatDeLioncourt whom was soo kind to anwser me by msg, and thanks to Blueskyeye1 for trying to help me. I found the issue my self after 11 days trying to solve the issue with imvu support wow. anyways here I will post of how I fix it.
good evening, I hope that writing here is ok because I don't know where to write because it has changed and I don't know where to open a ticket.
months ago I recovered my OoKARENoO avatar that had both ap and age, and I didn't do it but with the person I was married to in the game.. oOFALCOOo and after imvu gave it back to me it took away both ege and ap just because I didn't remember the last digits of the credit card but I don't understand why they took away ap that they had given me... can I understand ege why this? thanks and have a good evening everyone

@ExoticMystic it looks like you have a second layer under the pink, try hiding the second layer in materials. which also maybe material 00 (body layer).

@MagicRose, Live Chat is located bottom Right of your screen, IF you do not see it there try logging off and back in, check for pop up blockers on your computer. Sometimes issues resolve within a few days. . I hope this helps.

I no longer see LIVE CHAT which is a part of and still shows as being included in VIP membership. I read older replies in other areas of the forum stating that it's still here, however I do not see a pop-up for it, nor do I see it anywhere else. Is it being discontinued? Would someone please advise? Thanks

Hey! LestatDeLioncourt I hope you doing great, my friend told me that maybe you can help me, I have a problem with a product, I did all imvu asked me to do to try to fix it, but seems no one knows what I am talking about? soo I go to edit the product and every time I do all seems ok, till after I post it n try it, for some reason seems that wearing eyes, any eyes it will mark the skin to black on the body? I check all setting and all is the same as the original product, I edited on other device to see if was my computer and is not, the problem is same. Can you help me please? I will appreciate. This is the product id 68812618 I post about it here days ago. There is also a screenshot.
@Sargantana there are no improvements. The previous version was good, and now they prefered to reduce the quality of the site. This is sad ☹️

@IDezy . Imvu has put in place sensor ship. There are ways around this. Such as screen shots, changing letters , leaving spaces.
Personally I think they should give us the option to turn on/off this feature. Since many adults enjoy intimate roll play.

Hello, I can't Hello, I can't have an adult conversation in RPG or in private, the application says that my message was not delivered due to a possible violation of the community guidelines, I blocked people that I no longer wanted as friends, I would like to know if it is possible to make a false report for the account to be suspended or banned? Remembering that I am an adult and my age is verified. Please help me.

Geographical curiosity: I noticed if you don't have your nickname registered, you appears only as "Guest" without option to help. I think is Imvu who needs to give an answer to questions, but if someone wants to help, have no chance to do it. No place to click on nickname.. no way to contact for help.. My question is: WHERE is the improvement on this change?
