Estou desde segunda-feira tentando colocar vip e não está entrando pois coloco o vip faz mais de um ano e isso nunca aconteceu eu preciso de ajuda pois semana que vem quero colocar o vip Esmeralda como eu vou colocar se nenhum pratium não tá entrando

This person keeps making new accounts going on mine and my husbands account commenting on it when we asked nicely to him to stop then I get reported for telling them to stop
Where is the pets category on mobile shop? Doesn't appear anywhere.

@Meeows I have a ticket that I am trying to get resolved my account was put on hold and I’m trying to get it off of hold and I can’t seem to get in touch with a live person to help resolve this issue can you please help me I also posted my ID as proof of my identity

It would be useful to have a page for codes, and how to link albums to product pages and banners, imvu has taken it down. New creators would also find it useful to add meshes and opacities with this knowledge.

Hello all, This new system is running very smooth for me, I have not had to wait on the Live Chat. The only thing I do not like is they don't give you their Name, So IMVU can you change this so we know who we are talking too!

It might be due to some times overlapping products are the cause of that... It is what agent "E" on imvu chat say to me, and sended me to ask other creators on how to fix this. I explained that all the settings on the product are right, soo the problem is not on my end , can someone who have the knowledge help me here please. When I post my product everything looks good, till I try it, and soo everyone whom try it will see the problem, but from the creator no problem. I try the other products created from same creator as me and no problem neither, is only my product, and like I say all the settings are same as the original. I try with different computer , I try re-editing it with other computer and the problem is same. help please I will appreciated, I also removed imvu and reinstalled and still same problem.
