If you are on iOS, the steps are provided here.
STEP 1. On the home screen page, tap the Credits icon on the upper right side. This will direct you to the Buy Credits option.
STEP 2. Tap on the amount of the Credits you wish to buy.
STEP 3. You will see a dialog box confirming the price of your purchase. Tap on the Buy button at the bottom if the payment is already set to your Google Play account. If not, you may be asked to input your payment details. After the payment is processed, a Payment successful window will appear.
Please note that in-app purchases are mediated by either Google Play or the Apple App Store (depending on your device). They are the ones who relay the payment to us. In case you encounter any concerns in purchasing from IMVU Mobile, please contact either Google or Apple directly. You may use the following links:

Alternatively, you can access IMVU Website Store on your mobile browser to purchase credits using different payment methods other than In-app purchases.
