Do's and Dont's in Customizing Your Homepage

Customization galore! The IMVU Homepage is a blank canvas -- yours to decorate however you want!

However, there are some caveats -- everything on your Homepage should follow our Terms of Service. To be perfectly clear, here are the things that you can or cannot do to your homepage:
 

You Can ---

• Hide the  ¨About Me¨ panel entirely or partially (using a sticker, or the Hide Panel feature in the Account Settings)

• Hide the Age with a sticker

• Change the panel fonts

• Change the ¨Online¨ status bar using codes or stickers

• Change other information aside from age (using code)

• Hide the blue banners at the top (using codes or stickers)

• Hide the shoutouts (using codes or stickers)
   

But You Cannot ---

• Misrepresent your age in any manner (through taglines, etc.)

• Hide the  ¨Buy Sticker¨ code

• Hide the square ad at the top (the one that Guests see) using either code or stickers

• Hide the ¨Report¨ or ¨Block¨ buttons using codes or stickers. These buttons must be clickable at all times!

• Hide any of the links at the bottom (using codes or stickers)

• Hide the ad at the bottom (using codes or stickers)

Remember that violating any of these rules can get you flagged.
