When is this change happening?
You can now use VCOIN to purchase upgrades on IMVU Website and IMVU Desktop. Just head over to the store, choose an upgrade and be sure to select VCOIN as the payment method! We will update this article once it's available on other platforms, so stay tuned!
How do I use VCOIN as a Payment Method?
Step 1: Head to the store and choose your upgrade or package. Then select the “Pay with VCOIN” option.
Note: Be sure that you have enough VCOIN in your wallet to make your purchases.
Step 2: Confirm and review your purchase. Then click Buy to complete the transaction.
Note: All upgrades/subscriptions bought with VCOIN are FINAL. Refunds are NOT available for these purchases.
Step 3: A confirmation message will appear, and your purchase is complete!
What can I purchase with VCOIN?
Anything you can buy in the store can be purchased with VCOIN! As long as you have enough in your wallet. Please remember that ALL transactions in VCOIN are FINAL.
Is there a fee to use VCOIN as a payment method?
Nope, no fees! The amount of the VCOIN you pay is directly calculated from the price of the upgrade or package. VCOIN holds a stable price of 250 VCOIN = $1.
Can I use VCOIN as a payment method during sales and promos?
YES! Even if there are Credit sales or promos on certain packages, you can still use the VCOIN in your wallet to purchase them. Just remember that ALL transactions in VCOIN are FINAL.
