How can I view how much VCOIN I have on IMVU?
To view the total amount of VCOIN in your IMVU account, click on your VCOIN Wallet, located at the top right hand corner of your homepage.
You will be able to view the total amount of available VCOIN, along with your transaction history, and options to withdraw VCOIN to your Uphold Account, buy more VCOIN, and send VCOIN as a gift to another user.
How can I view my transaction history?
Your transaction history can be viewed in your VCOIN Wallet.
To view your VCOIN Wallet, click on the VCOIN icon. Your transaction history will appear underneath the total amount of available VCOIN and you can scroll to view all transactions related to VCOIN, including VCOIN withdrawn, received, purchased, and sent.

How can I view how much my VCOIN is worth?
To view how much your total amount of VCOIN is worth in your local currency, log in to your Uphold Account. On your homepage, you will be able to see all your holdings, including how much your VCOIN is worth in your local currency.
To calculate how much your VCOIN is worth in your IMVU Wallet, take the total amount of VCOIN and divide it by 250. That is the amount that you have in US Dollars.
What is my "Balance Eligible to Withdraw"?
Your "Balance Eligible to Withdraw" reflects your VCOIN balance on IMVU that is currently available to withdraw. Once recently purchased or gifted VCOIN has been held in your wallet for 30 days, it will be eligible to withdraw on Uphold for cash or other currencies.
What does "Pending Request" mean?
Your "Pending Request" amount reflects previously withdrawn VCOIN that is now processing through IMVU to your Uphold Account.
What is a verified wallet?
A verified VCOIN Wallet is one that has been verified and linked with your Uphold Account.

What is an unverified wallet?
An unverified VCOIN Wallet is one that has not been verified and linked with your Uphold Account. Wallets that have not been verified cannot withdraw VCOIN from IMVU to your Uphold Account, and therefore cannot be exchanged for cash, other cryptocurrencies, or traded with other cryptoholders.
