@Candried​ Don't forget if these were made in studio, even using a block color red showed through, they then rectified it. So depending on when these were made. We did bring it to their attention.

I just want to add something here. 2 years ago one of my tops was changed to ap and live said because I couldn't use nude colors. I'm not the smartest on the block so I changed the texture to a different color as told. Imvu specialist changed it back to GA. It was one of those big boob tops. I didn't even know people could distort MCG. Sigh. I was told to cover the red so I did. Imvu should have told me two years ago because I would have never derived anything like that again. People are flagging my shop and 2, 3 years of my credits are going out the window. I'm sad about this. It shouldn't have been left for so long.

@Fleurty I just read what you said and looked at the pants. I see red.. tiny bit. Just change the GA panty and ask Live to rerate to GA

I couldn't have said this better myself. It has changed and not for the better. Not to mention many of the new creators and the system of shout outs to get top rating of sales. Way to many inside scams and not worth it anymore.. unless come big changes come to help those who have been here from the beginning.

The IMVU Catty is a mess and totally needs a full cleanup. I am a grandfathered-in creator, finding others who have good Derv isn't an easy task anymore. Mostly just a handful of those whom I know... with that sad with new creators they are using meshes to Derv and thinking everything is fine seeming it passed in the first place. The best solution to this is to always have an original MAP and always use it. Alot of the Devs I did know use to help out newbie creators all the time, but it seems between Thief, IMVU rules changing most have given it up completely.

@QBL​  it has been known for years that only their revenue is what matters. The Ban Hammer.. lol.. love the phrase, it is accurate!

You don't go that long letting this slide and letting the catalog build up with questionable products year after year. Advertising these questionable products year after year. Then after the encouragement of their sales, throw down the Ban Hammer unless you intend to profit from it.. IMVU does nothing that they don't profit from. PERIOD!!

Even if the product is within "Reasonable" coverage the shops are being reported anyways and creators loosing their credits. If you are going to make rules, then educate your staff first. Here we see a wave of banning again and you all sit there pointing the fault on the creator not being alert enough in the never change of rules - when indeed your own customer support agents and people who check the reported products just call it by the ear. And not one time we are heard or accepted to disagree with you or apologised for your mistakes, we just have to swallow whatever is decided. It has become an IMVU policy: THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG so write it in your TOS

Same has happened to me numerous times , When clearly you can see its totally GA, And filing help tickets or chatting live never help !

It's really strange to know that after my hardwork and making my shop from the scratch all of the sudden my account can be banned because someone manipulated the MCG map before when it was acceptable and I just derived from his/her shop. I can't believe it.

I am subscribed to this discussion to get updates on the situation. Saying that it’s been 15 days without any staff updates or comments so I am assuming this is just a PSA about them finally regulating the MCG situation and there isn’t much to discuss? That’s the message I’m getting.

sooo I guess im unsubscribing because the comments are getting off topic and not really constructive to an already difficult situation. Hopefully we can have answers to the legitimate questions or imvu can work with mesh artists to resolve it through the derive chains so that the affected creators are minimum.

@shopdaisylogo​ Yep, I couldn't agree more. I'm STILL mad about the Holiday showcase accounts from 5 or so years ago and how I had to go through a series of "customer service" agents who didn't have a clue. Our begging for a specially trained customer service staff has fallen on deaf ears for years, though. Maybe someday, but I won't be here to see it.

@Aislinn​ only problem is anyone doing peer review who will actually know what they are doing, if staff don't know how do they expect the public, members with no knowledge of developing. The problem imvu have is the devs have more knowledge than the actual staff.

Would like to bring it to imvu attention also on the guideline video there is nothing mentioned about bigger body meshes and coverage, all that has been mentioned is to use the normal coverage.
